SEASALT Europe held its Third Annual Meeting in Mallorca, bringing together sea salt producers from Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Belgium, Mexico, Sweden and Cyprus for two days of exchange, institutional dialogue and sector collaboration. Hosted by Salinas de Levante, the event highlighted the cultural, environmental and economic value of sea salt production, with a special focus on Salines d’Es Trenc, European regulatory challenges, organic certification and the role of salt in human nutrition.
