Wednesday 17 June | Visit to Salinas d’Es Trenc & General Assembly
Guided visit to the salt flats and production facilities, including an overview of the production process and the history of the sea saltworks.
10:30 – 11:00 | Pick-up at the hotel and transfer by bus to Salinas d’Es Trenc.
13:30 – 16:00 | Lunch at the sea saltworks.
16:00 | Return transfer to the hotel.
19:30 | Meeting in the hotel and walk to the Salicornia restaurant.
20:00 | Annual Assembly.
21:00 | Networking dinner.
24:00 | Return to the hotel.

Presentations of sector interest and an overview of SEASALT Europe’s 2025–2026 agenda.
9:00 | Reception and accreditation at Universal Hotel Marqués and transfer by bus to the Cabrera Interpretation Centre.
10:00 – 10:30 | Opening Session: Presentation of the day’s agenda.
Welcome speech by the President of SEASALT Europe, Gonzalo Díaz Caicoya, and Wolfgang Antonio Gutmeyer, Managing Director of Salinas de Levante, host member of this Annual Meeting.
10:30 – 11:15 | Guest Speaker: Antonio Escribano Zafra, Spanish physician specialised in endocrinology, nutrition and sports medicine, with extensive experience advising organisations such as the Spanish National Football Team, among others.
11:15 – 11:45 | Coffee Break.
11:45 – 12:00 | Talk on the EU organic regulation and its ongoing review process by Lea Bauer (Regulation Consultant IFOAM OE).
12:00 – 12:30 | Overview of SEASALT Europe activities for the 2025–2026 agenda.
12:30 – 13:00 | Presentation of Salinas de Levante.
13:00 – 13:15 | Presentation of the SEASALT Europe 2026 Honorary Member distinction.
13:15 – 13:30 | Presentation of the Closing Session by Gonzalo Díaz Caicoya and Antonio Gutmeyer Mota.
13:30 | Transfer to Palma by bus
14:30 | Closing lunch at El Rancho Picadero restaurant in Palma.
